Practice Survey 2012/13 - Summary

We recently undertook a Business Improvement project to help identify business improvement initiatives within the Practice. An audit questionnaire was distributed to former obstetrics patients to gauge their satisfaction with Practice services. The questionnaire was multiple choice, being Excellent, Good, Fair and Poor and targeted four main areas: Reception, Doctor, General Practice and Hospital. We had an overwhelming response to our survey! We understand that this is an extremely busy change in patient’s lives and we are very grateful that people took the time to participate. The results concluded that all former patients who responded had a very satisfactory experience with the Practice and within the Wesley Hospital. They thought that Dr Lee’s competence, thoroughness and understanding was excellent. They also thought that the helpfulness and courtesy of the reception staff was excellent and they were satisfied with all services provided by the Practice.

Our Practice aims to provide the highest in patient care and it is fantastic to receive such positive responses and know that our patients have had a wonderful experience. We will continually evaluate and improve the services we provide and we look forward to the challenges that lie ahead.
